Have you experienced some physical symptoms due to grief and sadness? I've talked about a lot of bereaved parents and they have reported some of these symptoms:

-heart palpitations;

-difficulty breathing;

-stomach pains;

-IBS;

-gastritis;

-aching through the body;

-derealization;

-insomnia...

Please share your experience 🧚

The main problem is that you don't know whether are those symptoms related to grief or some particular disease. It's no wonder many experience hypochondria as well. A lot of those symptoms can be realted even to MS!

yes, you are 100% right. People often live for years believing that they have some horrible disease. You cannot know if those signs are coming from your mental health. That's exactly why I believe it's useful to share personal experience, so it can help others understand what's happening to them

Physical symptoms can also include constant headaches, as well as muscle tension and spasms. I guess it is different for men and women
